We are very happy with our experience with Seatown from start to finish. It’s was Zach’s thorough and knowledgeable walk-through that won the company our business. Chelsea’s heads-up messages kept us in the loop. When it came time to do the work, Thomas and Owen were clear about what they were going to do and when. They were always available for questions and always professional and pleasant to deal with, even in 90-degree heat.I felt like I always knew what was going on. They finished up by double-checking everything and walking me through all the work. Seatown’s got a great crew and a great customer service culture. Recommended.

Michael was our technician and he was hands down the best - a total professional, very knowledgeable, extremely skilled and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He really took his time to properly diagnose, properly fix, properly explain the ins and outs to us. He was super patient and friendly and we feel so lucky to have had him as our technician. We were delighted that Seatown was able to get us an appointment so quickly, especially since our AC went down during a heatwave. 🙄 We totally recommend and will definitely be coming back!

We had a considerable amount of electrical work done, due to a kitchen remodel, and some additions and repair work done in our basement mother-in-law apartment. Our technicians were Thomas and Caleb, both of whom were very professional, personable and helpful. You can see from the pictures below that they replaced our panel/fuse box…and what a difference! They labeled the fuses well and it is better organized and easier to use. They were very neat with their materials and respectful of our property. I appreciated their letting us know about when they would need to turn the power and/or water off, so we could plan our activities accordingly. We were very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them!

They sent Brandon out 48 hours after I called. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade, and he repaired my outlet and tested my dryer to double check the issue was resolved. He made sure I had peace of mind before he left. I would definitely recommend him and Sea Town! Price wise, this was the first time I needed these services, so I did not have time to shop around, but the peace of mind that my kids & I are safe again is worth it to me. :)
