This is my third time shopping with furniture deals. Every single time the sales team has been super helpful and friendly. We got white glove delivery and it was phenomenal. The guys put up with crazy kids running all over and a dog barking. Still we’re super nice. We have also done pick up and the guys at the warehouse did 100% of the work. No complaints.

Everyone at the Belton store was friendly and helpful. They weren't at all pushy; I never felt rushed to make a decision or a purchase. They offered help and then let me have my own space and time, being readily available for more questions. The couch that we got is sturdy, for the affordable price. The delivery time was great and right when expected. The guys that unloaded it were all extremely nice. Next time I'll pay the extra to have them bring it in and set it up though...we aren't as young and tough as we think we are. Totally satisfied with my purchase, would highly recommend them and buy there again. (Also, I couldn't find the large, two sided couch, with manual foot rests, at the high priced stores that I looked in for it!)

I purchased this mattress in 2018 with a ten year warranty. When I began to notice back problems I began to try to figure out what was causing them. I removed my mattress cover to notice the mattress looks like the pictures underneath. When I submitted for my warranty I was told to take a picture of the legal tag that was missing and apparently never attached because who would remove that label knowing of its importance. When I submitted for my warranty it was denied because the tag was not present. I informed them it wasn’t there prior to submitting my warranty request. I believe I may not be the only one with this issue and just wanted to spread the word to make sure your legal tag is sown into the bed it should not be easily removed at all. Seeking legal advice now. Please reach out to me if you had the same issue.
