Went around 2:45PM on Monday and was seated after 20 min or so. The reason why I'm giving a 2 star is because one of the waiter made an offensive comment to us and never apologized. I don't remember his name but he had glasses on and looked Latino. The order took about 50 min to come out... so if you're busy, I dont recommend going. The food was fine, I really liked the yellow sauce that came with fish and chips. The bread was fine but it was hard. We had cleared up 2 baskets because the food came out super late and so we didn't get to finish our meal. I was disappointed at the pasta because the noodles were very sticky and it felt like chewing on a rice cake. The burger was just a meh. It was good but as good as any fast food burgers. The Brussel sprouts were good. I think it's funny because my favorite thing was fish and chips and the yellow sauce over other menu.

Portion sizes are obviously ridiculous, but the food is good. All gluten free options are marked up on the giant menu. We sat outside in the shade, but on a hot day the air conditioning inside can be very welcome. One of the few restaurants open within the mall on a Sunday.

Cucumber lemonade is great. Tamales cakes delicious. Salad crisp with cheese croutons. Main dish was steak and mashed potatoes but it had sat to long and was not very hot.

I’m a pretty big Cheesecake Factory fan! There’s something for everyone, most everything is good, fun appetizers, and I love cheesecake. My favorite meal BY FAR is their chicken Madeira. They also offer with with their steak diane. It was very good. But it is a LOT of food. My favorite appetizer are their buffalo blasts. A lot of their cheesecakes are too much. I prefer to stick to the more basic options.

Before 5 they will take reservations. After that it’s first come first served
Cheesecake Factory doesn't do reservations. They only have a waiting list. On a Saturday night you can expect a 60-90 minute wait.
This wasn't nearly our case as we had very fast service.
Yes
Reasonable. Spaced seating and masks. Still enjoyed a great dinner there.
Plan to pay between $15 and $20 per plate for most items. They have good portions so I've never felt it was overpriced. If you're ordering a Ribeye obviously it will be more.
Ya they do
