We pull up ask for 3 whopper jr MEALS, and when we pull up to the window the guy gives us our food with only the sandwiches and when we tried to ask for our fries and drink he a lady comes and ask what happened and in the middle of explaining she SLAMMED! the window shut and goes to get the manger who then ask what happened again we tell her and she says we have to pay for it again separately, we agree and say money isn’t the issue but the order and time are. The manger proceeds to smack the window shut and tell us that she’s not giving us our food, I don’t know if they were having a bad day but they can’t take it out on us and not give us our food, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Went here for breakfast the other day and they were out of eggs!! LOL, I wasn't even mad. I just laughed and drove to apollo burger where they do breakfast great. Plus they had eggs!! Gave the three stars because I'm sure they would have had other food available.

This is what poor training looks like. I asked for alacart. The drive through lady must have not understood! Thank God for their manager who saved the day! Re-made both my original chicken sandwich and my husband's double bacon. I thought just a plain sandwich was understood. Apparently not!!

Tried the Sourdough King, added lettuce and tomatoes, WOW WOW WOW, What a Great Burger! My new Favorite. Hot off the grill, had the onion rings with it. Foot was Fantastic today. Service was super slow, but I was not in any hurry. If I had been the Stars would have come down. Goo Covid precautions taken here.
