My package from Home Dept had a delivery date of Jan 31. I did check every other day for updated delivery. Not one mention that it would be delivered on the 24th. When I purchased this shed online it said: Curbside Truck Shipping With Curbside Shipping, we'll bring the order to the curb or receiving area/loading dock for a business. Calendar icon Your Delivery Window SAIA Freight will contact you to schedule a 4-hour delivery window once the items have arrived in your area. I was gone from 5:15-8:30 and come home to find this shed in my walkway. NO one called to let me know it was going to be delivered let alone give me a 4 hour window so I could have some help! This is over 300lbs! Terrible delivery service!

6 days late with my package. Machine operator was useless because they offer options for help but they all end up telling you to go online and do it yourself. Service is so bad I’m going to have to make sure I avoid your service even if it means I have to pay premium for shipping.
