You same employees walking around all over the place and it's really tough to get help with an individual item. I had to go on a search and destroy mission to find someone to help me understand the right thing to get for my toilet. Shame, shame on you.

Customer service has disappeared from this store. I waited over 15 minutes to even get any service after using the aisle pager, calling the store, and even talking to the customer service rep. Then the service rep. was nothing but rude.

Not very good in the sense that they I guess don't want to hurt anybodys feelings because I've been here several times and I see people walking around without any face masks, the workers yes but heck they can't even stop shop lifters from stealing I can't imagine there going to make a huge fuss about a mask,
It says you can but I would call and make sure they honor the sale from a different state.
