We arrived at red robin me and my little boy.. Host took about 1 minute 30 seconds to greet us. She took us back to a table both tables on either side of us were dirty and being cleaned by buss boy. Server took 3 minutes 20 seconds to talk to us and ask for our drinks. It took him 2 minutes 10 seconds to get our drinks. Then asked if we were ready to order. We gave him our order and it took 11 minutes 42 seconds to get our food. Our food looked good and well presented. Our total visit time took about 45 minutes. Our server had one other table besides us. No French fries were brought after we ordered food. This would have been nice since I had a little guy who was starving. We love Red Robin. The food is great and the endless fries are the best. I miss the French onion soup among other items they removed with the new menu line up. Good food and typical prices.

The server was excellent. I couldn't have asked for more. I rated 3 stars based on food quality. I had a double burger that was juicy and tasty but was extremely messy. Red Robin must be aware of this because it came with a fork and a stack of napkins. It was hard to eat. I had a side of onion rings that were tasty but the breading was too crumbly. It didn't seem like a batter. It was a little pricey, too. Over $30.

Good Food, Bottomless Fries are Great, Greeters or Hostesses not the friendliest. First impressions when waiting to be seated are not that great, if I didn't know what Red Robin was we may not have ate here.

They only seat every other table, masks are required, and they're bringing out single servings of all the condiments and seasonings. Plus sanitizing high traffic areas every 15 minutes or so.
