The bacon and other smoked meats are fantastic here! In reference to someone else's review, electricity is commonly used in this country and many others to stun hogs. They do not abuse or torture your animals here, they are put down quickly and humanely as possible.

Super disappointed in the way our steer was cut. Although it was “tenderized”, the muscles weren’t separated properly and the gristle and fat is still on all steaks, so you lose more than a third. They are extremely difficult to cut, even with sharp knives. We end up feeding so much of the steak to our dogs because we and our kids are unable to chew it. You shouldn’t have to saw through every steak if they were tenderized. Very frustrating for how much we paid!

This place is awesome. I've had them butcher a cow and a pig both with excellent results. Plus their sausages are amazing. They have even done a bulk special order of them for a family reunion with rave reviews from my family.

We get almost all of our meat here. The quality of the food and knowledge of the staff are superb. I have actually given their pepper bacon as a gift. Don't laugh, you know you wish you had some. Go local, eat better.

Great service and product. Pepperoni is the best.
If it's a live pig, call the shop and have it added to the butcher list. Whoever answers will give you instructions on what to do next. I used to work here. If it's something you butchered yourself and need cut, again call them.
