Almost always have a pleasant experience. There's a... "unique" sort of crowd that frequents riding the bus and the drivers maintain amazingly cheerful and calm attitudes, despite many disruptions. A few of the drivers are a little more skillful, while others struggle with the concept of using brakes properly. The one complaint I have is that I've been BARELY late to my stop on several occasions, running behind or alongside the bus like a madwoman, waving my arms in the air trying to get them to stop, yet almost everytime I am ignored. It's really frustrating because I know others in the same situation are treated differently. Also when they change routes but don't have any notifications about it until you're ON that bus, it can ruin your entire day. The trip finder could really use some fine tuning because more efficient routes are often overlooked. It's greatly appreciated, however, to have the busses available without a charge, as I found myself in an unfamiliar and difficult situation in life, where my finances have suffered significantly and I find myself without transportation frequently. So it's mostly good with some areas that could use improvement.

Especially now that we have decided the our family doesn’t need two passenger vehicles, 🚌 Link Transit is a handy backup plan. 😉👍

After staying in Latin America and riding their buses for a while, I came back to Wenatchee and can truly appreciate our clean and spacious buses that have practically no riders. I now call the Link buses my own personal Limo service. They even remained stopped until you get into your seat instead of lurching forward as soon as you are aboard the bus! And they were free during the COVID crisis and for the next year. Unfortunately my dog can't ride, but that's one of the few drawbacks.
