Always delicious. The line is worth the wait. Get your order and enjoy a fresh beer while your order is being made. The upstairs has a great view. They added misters to help with hot summer days (and also have heat on cold days!) You can't go wrong with any of the sausages, but I strongly suggest the apple cider sauerkraut and champagne honey mustard.

Great place to stop for a brat and beer. Lots of condiments to supplement your brat - from at least 8 different mustards, onions and sauerkraut. And have a pretzel too. The cheese dipping sauce is Beechers and delicious. Service is good, food is great and the beers are cold.

Great place, they only sell hot dogs (they have no fries). Nice atmosphere. They have a balcony floor. Open space only. The hot dog was delicious. Its self service. recommended.

If your visiting, or just driving through, you HAVE to stop here to get some brats! This is one of the best place to get brats in my opinion in Leavenworth. Not only are there brats good but I have never seen so many different mustard selections and they have a Apple spiced sauerkraut that is amazing! During October fest we waited over an hr just to get some. The beer selection is very good as well. Highly recommend this place .

Yes, the Big Bob Bratwurst is prepared with two-stage cooking. First it is boiled in our prep kitchen, second, it is cooked over flame on our charbroil grill in the courtyard. The other sausages on our menu do not go through the boil process. Cheers!

Agreed almost everything is open on Sundays. If you go to the web page Leavenworth.com they have all the store listed and hours plus you can even see a live web cam before you even go there.
They also removed all the condiments and add-ons bar - you specify at order time (in person or online) and they add it for you. They are also good about ensuring guests are wearing masks at all times, other than when chewing... :-)
The first time I went, the line went out to the middle of the road. That was a Saturday. The second time, I went on a Wednesday and there was zero line. Both times, it was definitely worth the wait. But then I really enjoy good brauts.
You can call and ask them. I'm just a customer when I travel through I stop there to shop.

Lower level = no view, upper level = somewhat of a view. You are there for the atmosphere which is fantastic. No they do not take reservations.
Most contain pork. There is an all-beef hotdog, a chicken sausage, and a vegetarian sausage.
