I purchased a laptop, Lenovo Yoga. Kyle assisted me with my purchase and he was great. Polite, friendly and informative on product choice. I 'm a nurse who works in the area and I really did appreciate his professionalism. I will most definitely return most in part to his service. The young man at the door was also very nice. I had visited the Irvine Lake Forest store prior, it was closer to home. However, due to poor service there and the store not having suitable product, I went to the Mission Viejo store and I'm so happy I did. Thanks for the great service for this nurse/person... I was buying my birthday present for just being a great nurse to my patients...my patients mean the world to me and Kyle I appreciate you taking the time to help me be more productive, efficient and a blessing to my patients. First of all this is the best staffed Best Buy in the area, both in the amount of staff they have and the knowledge of the staff. I had the absolute best customer service experience ever from this store. My laptop went out and I needed a new one for a trip on the coming Wednesday. I went to this store on Saturday, Kyle (Sales Associate) helped me find exactly what I needed, however it was out of stock. Kyle assured me it could be shipped and I would have it Tuesday. Well there was a mistake made and my laptop was shipping the incorrect address (I realize mistakes happen, and a good company is one that handles the mistake satisfactorily). Well this store went above and beyond... I spoke to one of the managers, Diego Blanco, and he had monitored the FedEx delivery to the incorrect address and as soon as it arrived he had store associate go pick up the laptop at the incorrect address and personally bring it to me at my house. Diego stayed in contact with me continuously until I had my laptop in hand in plenty of time for my trip. Again, everyone will eventually make a mistake, but handle it as well as this store did and I am a customer for life

We have been buying appliances from this location for the past 15 years, no problems ever. Recently we tried and man did we try to order a basic dishwasher with delivery and installation included. Got the confirmations and everything/. Not only did NO ONE call to say they didn’t bother to show up during an 8-hour window they gave us which is also pretty ridiculous. We waited all day. Hold times to speak to someone over an hour. No show and no discussion that they later told us they were missing a part so they had to reschedule - thanks for telling us. Then we get added reassurance after we call and wait on hold for a manager for over 90 minutes who assures us “this time around no problem we have the part and the installer supervisor know the situation”. Not only did they NOT show up for another 8 hour window we sat around for they never called us for an update. Best Buy you’ve completely lost our respect, we went to a competitor same day and got a delivery the next day. Never again are we going here and looking at how many bad reviews there are online I’m surprise this store is still hanging in there

- Decent product selection - Competitive prices at retail level - Helpful staff although depth of knowledge could be a little better - Provides touch and feel of products. Although I do a lot of online buying, I do go out of my way to periodically purchased some items here to try to support them staying in business. - Also offers large appliances

The best way to know for sure is to call the store directly and ask. I have seen items online at Best Buy that I wanted but decided to go into the store to buy it, only to find out that it wasn't available, bub.
They probably do and in case they don't they can help u order it online and it will arrive within 2- 4 days
