The lamb chops are beyond perfect! We enjoyed the escargot too, with the extra "sauce" spread on our delicious French bread. Not pictured is the asparagus leek soup. Equally delicious 😋

Delicious, well prepared food in a cozy restaurant. The fixed-price menu includes their go-to favorites; the specials are always creative and delicious. The winner this visit was a grilled swordfish: cooked to perfection, it was rich with a slight smoky essence. Yum!

This has been the best dining in Carlton hands down for many years. For a 3 course meal Cuvee is actually relative in cost to even the burger joints on the ends of town with so much more added value. You don't want to miss this gem.
