Honestly when you plan on going to buy something you r always dreading the sales people anywhere , knowing they will hound you, constantly push you to buy stuff . None of this was the case with buying a couch from Jerome’s! Our sales guy Armando Gamino greeted us asked us what we were looking for showed us around but never once did I feel pushed . We were there over 2 hours literally relaxing on couches etc and he completely gave us space left us alone to look , but popped back around to give us any info we needed etc while we laid , kicked our feet up etc on ALL the couches ! I really appreciated him! And we got what we needed and are happy customers !

I had a great experience doing a quick purchase at Jerome’s. I found a dresser online but had a few questions before moving forward. I called and spoke with Brandon Johnson. He was prompt, helpful, and very professional! I stopped in the store to take a quick look at it in person and was in and out of there in 10 minutes. My dresser will be in in a couple days! Great sales and support staff, but very bad product quality. We just recieved our furniture (wrangler bunk bed) and the finish wasn't properly applied. A lot of bare spots and exposed wood puddy. Additionally the support posts dont properly align, even after the assembly staff tried to push it into place. And if that wasn't enough i was told the ladder is sold separately, something i was not told in the sales process. To be honest, worried to have my son sleep on it. Such a disappointing purchase.
