I usually never use social media to express my concerns. But if anyone out there ever even thinks about ordering a letterman jacket from Sargents think again. Read their yelp reviews. I ordered a jacket for my granddaughter back last September. I realize with the pandemic and people not working it was going to take awhile Not to go into all the stories,lies and lack of customer service over the last 8 months til today and still no jacket. It's a joke. When we got a jacket a month ago,not only was it the wrong jacket it wasn't even the right size! It was pitiful, see pictures. I've been promised samples,pictures,even was told,that I could speak to the company supposedly the trim is coming from in PA, but still nothing. For over 30 years I've always supported this business and given them all kinds of business. Never in my wildest dreams did I think this nightmare would ever happen. Even today, I was to get a call or an email from them and that was at 930am this morning. Here it is 4pm and nothing. Not a call. At this point other than getting a tracking number, a full refund would be enough to heal the unsatisfactory service. My granddaughter is heartbroken. She is the only girl on her varsity team that has no jacket. It's embarrassing to say the least. Again I urge you to think twice. I would not give them your money. They did give excellent service with baseball uniforms over the 30 years.But letterman jackets are NOT their best sell. In fact they should take their sign down that they sell them

Staff were nice here. Alot of miscommunication with an older woman. But the men helped vlearbthe air. Just write down who and when you speak to people. Overall my daughters jacket was great and she loved it!

I live in Santa Barbara/ Montecito and I"ve always had great customer service here in Whittier when purchasing sports and baseball equipment. I'm getting barreled at Jalama in SB county!! WEEP

Hands down the worst costumer service I have ever received! The owner doesn't care and neither do the people that work for her. It's a "good" store if you're going in to get something that day. Any orders that you'll place with them take a ridiculous amount of time to receive. We have ordered two varsity jackets from here, at two different times, and the same thing with both. Mine had gotten "stuck in the canal" and my sisters is still being processed due to the "unusual size." I know its the "only one around here" but do a little research, it'll save you money and dealing with stupidity. Oh by the way, all their work is super sloppy!

We do not currently have that glove in stock, however, that is something we can special order. Also, the 2019 model gloves will be coming soon.
They do embroider hats, but when I went the staff told me it would depend on how many orders their embroider has
They usually have it next day, and good about the turn around. But just like everything else, if busy could take a few more days.
