in for carry out no one was eating there at the time and the waitress took about 5 mins to come up and help when she finally did she was coughing and choking trying to put on her name badge then just really took her time getting talking 2 friend

The IHOP in Harker Heights, Texas is always cold, like a freezer. I understand if the food is made from scratch, it will take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to come out. That is fine for me.

We have always had great service at the Casper,Wyoming IHOP. We were going to eat there a couple of months ago for an early lunch & they were closed. There were still signs in the windows I thought something was being repaired.
