Worst staff in entire area. Unless you “look,”’like a average Joe/Sue, or maybe wearing clothes/accessories from a particular “faith/kosher,” background, Ralph’s security, staff assume you may be a shoplifter. I’ve seen firsthand homeless, stragglers, transients walk out with hot plates, etc and they do nothing. If your wear a backpack, you’ll be watched like a hawk from entry to exit. As if women with large purses can’t slip merchandise into to their bags. I witnessed a woman drop baby formula, wipes in her large purse and saw her walk out. Again, if you’re male/female, look young or homeless, they have cameras, security shadow you around the store making you feel uncomfortable. I’ll take my business to Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods. At least they’re more discreet and don’t need to hire what look like ex-cons for security. LOL. But hey, I’m not judging of course. Don’t want to assume anything, right? Ralph’s SUCKS!After reading comments regarding poor/bad service, I believe my post is warranted and confirms what I’ve experienced here.

I've shopped at this store for 3 years. It's a very busy store. Every time I go: (1) there are NEVER enough checkers, (2) there's no Express Lane, and (3) the checkout lanes are usually clogged with people who have overflowing carts. So if you only have a few items and some alcohol (which isn't allowed in the automated checkout lanes), you're stuck waiting.

My first time doing curbside in this store. Eileen was AMAZING. Very friendly, she apologized for one item that was out of stock -which I didn’t mind at all because is wasn’t her fault. Really nice area, definitely coming back.

Most chaotic and mismanaged Ralphs I've ever been to. Store looks somewhat normal and tidy from afar but when you get down to the merchandise, there are always nearly expired or rotting produce items, the wine selection is not labelled well, and while there's a wide diversity of items, they've done that at the expense of actually being properly stocked in anything. Feels like a gas station mini-mart exploded into a larger supermarket. Maybe they just need a bigger space? Also, customer service - a real problem here. Staff is unprofessional and can be rude unless you treat them like they're doing you a favor. Point of sale machines are very old and as a result the lines are always long - I've never seen less than 10 people waiting for self checkout and at least 4 per cashier stand.
