Printivity is a joke 2 and 1/2 months ago I ordered 1000 flyers they took the total cost out immediately the date came I was supposed to get them they never came so I contacted them then they said we sent you something saying it is delayed by 3 weeks my 25th. They never came. I think they are taking thousands of peoples money and collecting the interest off the money. Don't get anything from them.

They make false promises on the phone and then don’t answer when they fall through. Don’t expect any order to arrive on time and don’t expect to get honest time predictions on the phone. If they had told me they couldn’t make an order on time I would have been able to place one elsewhere, now I’ll have to pay double the amount in same day fees unfortunately Edit: in response to their inaccurate reply below.. I had called in before the date and was given verbal confirmation that the order would ship later that day for on time arrival thanks to a paper upgrade (the paper weight I ordered was out of stock, causing the delay).. unfortunately that promise wasn’t kept and prevented me from ordering elsewhere to have the prints on time for an event. The fact there is a disclaimer on the website has no bearing on this particular review and there was no ‘resolution,’ I got a refund and had to order elsewhere with same day printing fees.

While prices are cost effective, the service and quality lacks. I ordered posters for my company and I had to reach out a week after the stated delivery date before Printivity actually decided to ship them (Note: my company also paid extra for shipping). When the posters finally arrived, the corners of the posters were bent. Wouldn't suggest this printing company, try searching around for alternatives. We definitely won't be using them again.

UPDATE: Supervisor Alix is still ignoring me, but had Barbara issued a refund. So sad to see management put their employees through the stress of handling their own mess. I appreciate your help Barbara, I hope your management can develop their leadership skills. UPDATE: After two weeks of no response, I called and spoke with Barbara. Who could not tell me what is going on at all, or why my emails have been ignored. In fact, I have been actually emailing their supervisor, Alix who is the one ignoring me. When I ask Barbara to refund my order, she says she will "try". I will now have to dispute this charge with my bank. Very bad way to do business UPDATE: The company reached out to me and said they will still print my order for the price the website charged me. This was 10 days ago. I have not heard back on the status of my order or if I am getting my book now or what. I sent a third email today but it appears they only respond to reviews. Ordered a spiral bound notebook, the system uploaded my file, had the correct page count, charged me a price based on that page count. Several days later I received an email stating they can only print double sided, my file was too large.. no other info included. Come to find out they want an additional $55 to now print the book. No thanks.
