Unit was clean and easily accessible. Local Manager was helpful but there was pressure to rent immediately and purchase Insurance which was ultimately not necessary as we have coverage under our homeowners insurance, Local Manager did remove insurance. I would rate our experience as 4.8 out of 5!”

HUGE RIP OFF! Rented a 7x10 3 months ago for $86 per month. Without giving us notice this month raised the rent and charged our credit card for $140. Their explanation was “an algorithm” is used periodically to determine rates. Usury at its finest in an economically hard time!

Is it weird I love my storage unit? Everyone you pass waves, it’s open until 10pm which helped me choose them for sure. Tesla in the office is super nice. I walked in with no idea what I was doing and she made sure to go over everything and leave no question unanswered. They’re a little more pricey then a few others I looked up, but they’re so worth that extra bit. They let you use your own lock if you have one or they have them there to buy!
