no live person answering phones, messages left frequently need a follow-up call, nobody available during 90-minute lunch breaks. pharmacy prescription subscriptions result in months of overstock on some meds at patient's residences (maybe need to take an annual inventory of patient stock?) . . Edit September 4th: My mom received a letter saying they are closing at the end of September 2021. Despite there being a pandemic that should have them busier than ever, I am not surprised at all that they are closing.

Updated: After posting the initial review - they reached out to me with an explanation of what happened. With my dad on medicare - the initial 2 providers I tried were no longer taking additional medicare patients bc of the payment structure. There were other Drs taking medicare patients. I scheduled an appt for my dad with a dr in the practice accepting medicare patients. My dad really likes him. I wish I had talked to to a more knowledgeable person initially - but they took the extra steps to make it right. Initial post: They claim they are accepting new patients - but tried getting my father an appt with 2 different providers there and both providers said "no". No one will tell me why/ If the business and the Drs say they accept the insurance(s) my dad has - and they are accepting new patients - why can't he have an appointment? Would give less than 1 star if possible

Dr Harmon is a direct, to the point provider. He took beautiful care of my mother. He was able to help with her medical and social needs. Hands down a wonderful Doctor
