Today was the final day I do business with this company. Refused to do a refund even though the product had not even been loaded in the truck yet, and was then told with a snarky attitude he had "no sympathy" because my husband paid for the wrong product. Little did he know we are starting a huge home improvement project and they literally just lost thousands upon thousands of dollars in revenue because we will no longer shop there. Well like the man said....."WE HAVE NO SYMPATHY FOR YOU!"

They have really reorganized, looks great. They have lots of doors, interior and exterior to choose from, I bought one this last summer. A bunch of stuff, they even have nails cheaper then the box stores. If you're doing any home improvement, building etc you definitely need to shop here first.

Very rude, unprofessional staff if you rub them the wrong way even the slightest bit. I sent my partner in there to buy a pallet load of fence boards they were selling at a good price. Pallet was wrapped so couldn't see any of the material. Partner calls me, so I ask him to put the sales guy on the line so I can ask him to open the bundle before purchasing. He refuses, so I say you expect us to pay $600 for a unit of fence boards and you won't let us see what they look like? then he hangs up on me! So my partner, against my will, decides to buy them anyway. Well, guess what? Rotten boards and no refund! So, we get a store credit that takes us a year to figure what to buy so we don't lose the money all together! I'll pay more next time for better service.
