I had THE WORST experience with this store, and store manager, Chris. There were many errors made in the delivery of appliances, and they still have not arrived. I waited an entire day with reassurances that items were in their way, until finally after 9 hours, manger said they may not come. He offered no explanation and no apology. He was abrupt, defensive, and very uninformed about delivery and store operations. I can't believe they hired this person as a manager. I will never shop at this store again if this is how they treat their customers. At the very least sincerity and an apology would have helped the awful situation. I received neither. If you can buy your stuff elsewhere, I recommend that you do.

Excellent customer service. Sabrina VERY helpful for item checking. Trish did GREAT for final check-out, and questions. We found what we were looking for, competitive prices. I'm sure there are many notable employees there, but these stood out because they gave us help and knowledgeable service. From the veteran with a gift card, and the lady looking for a hat:)

Was once a great location for all pro members. The biggest mistake this store made was letting go of Mark at the Pro desk. The store has not cared about its contractors since they lost Mark, Mario and Henry. I will only shop at the Salem location now.
