In the past I've had wonderful service and skilled assistance with shoe fittings at this store. It's been a few years so maybe the owners or manager has changed? The two young women behind the desk did not even acknowledge my mom while she waited patiently to ask a question. We finally got the attention of one and asked for a pair of sandals for my teenager. She brought the shoes out and walked away. There was no assistance for getting a good fit or any kind of knowledgeable recommendations. We left and went to Burch's where we received excellent service and spent our money there.

They sell Birkenstocks! They were good with me after they forgot my order. It got resolved so I wasn't upset. I would go back again for Birkenstocks.

As one who has had too many foot surgeries, I still have a lot of foot pain. Footwise always has something that I can wear comfortably all day--boots, shoes, sandals, etc. The staff there is considerate & helpful. I always go there first when shopping for shoes because of their selection. They have a great array of socks, too!
