It wasn't very clean there was also a baby cockroach found in our towels by my mom Also for the price that we pay we do still have to take out our trash It smells of cigarette smoke warning this bit below is a bit gross There was puke on the floor near the pool on the carpet the employee just took a dirty pool towel and smeared it around also there where chunks left over and didnt even use chemicals to get rid of the germs the then about 2 days later they brought in a cleaning machine

• awful, and dirty. (no room service) within 3 days we never got new towels/ blankets. •they hired a dj, who played music so loud we hear it from our room that was the whole way down the Hall. The dj left at 10, the group of parents set up their own music and turned it the whole way up. •children running around in the pool area for hours, blasting Spanish music. We had wanted to go but we knew we’d never be able to get relax with all the kids running around. Security did NOTHING when notified multiple times of the noise. • the pool seemed nice but unfortunately no one keeps up with it. (Dirty, and wet towels left all over area). • our last night there, multiple guests were right outside the hotel playing Spanish music and setting off fireworks. I didn’t get any sleep the past 3 nights. •all the cameras made us very uncomfortable as every corner has one

It wasn't great, my dad came to get me something and they wouldn't let him inside. Then I got threatened to get get kicked out for it desk manager is rude. Understand why but my freaking father for Christ sake such rude staff

Ahhh the Carriage House. It is such a quaint lovely place. We have been coming here for about 15yrs. My mother uses this for her timeshare and we only live an hour or so away. If your looking for glamour and glitz, go down the road. This is a quiet little place that has stood the test of time while they keep building up the Poconos around them. The staff is nice, the rooms are always clean, and the big pool is my child’s favorite, I like the hot tub. You will catch some wildlife outside if you time it right. Did I mention my teen still uses the colorful outside play area? Wether your staying for a night, a weekend, or a week, it is a great relaxing place to just sit back and enjoy all the beauty the Poconos has to offer.
