i work food service too so i understand making mistakes and getting behind on orders. but today was kinda ridiculous. first i order curbside and it says it's ready but after like 20 minutes i see someone walk in who had the wrong order and the worker just puts it on the pickup counter. after a few more minutes i go inside and it's my order, they gave out the wrong one which i understand. but to just leave it there even though it's a curbside one? so i ask them to remake it because someone else had my food and i wanted it fresh. they come out with it pretty quick though even though theyre behind on a lot of orders, and when i open it at home it's not as hot as it usually is, im guessing they just threw it in a new bag and gave it to me. the staff there didn't even apologize or care really. and i come here often and it's never like this, so i know it was probably just a bad night or whatever but it's unprofessional

Usually have had a good experience here but learned the hard way today not to do delivery and just pick up. App said delivered 15 minutes before delivery actually happened. The phone number the app provided for the driver was an inactive phone number. Just seemed sketchy and either glitchy within the app or driver was saying delivered way before it actually happened. Not to mention the bag was ripped pretty bad when delivered. Just gonna pick up next time.

I usually enjoy Noodles, but this is not the best location. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of their dining space. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles and a side Caesar salad. Brown, soggy lettuce and about the bites in the salad. Entree was overly sauced, but had good flavor and was a good portion size. I shared it with my partner. In a very convenient location in University Square.

Quick service minutes after they opened. Very good food. They had pictures of the menu items so you knew what you were getting. I like the customized options for each dish. I can't wait to go back and try something new.
