Wow! Went there for Mother’s Day and it seemed like they had 1 server for 3 rooms and only 1 cook. They apparently had to call in two more cooks. Food came out hot, but was just ok for waiting over an hour for our food. Sounds like poor planning. Where were the managers to help out?!

My wife and went here last night with my parents. My sister and brother in law were there too. My sister and brother in law ordered prime rib rib about 5 minutes before we got there. Then my parents ordered. For whatever reason the waitress took off and brought our drinks out and then took our order. My sister and brother in law were done eating before my parents got their food. My parents were done eating and we still didn't get our food. So we left. I did get the salad bar and it was not very good either. The salad was all thick stock parts and the center core parts. Got some herring and it was soft and slimy. My parents eat there every once in a while and they have had pretty good experiences here. I don't know what happened last night but it wasn't good at all.

We had a bad experience about a year ago, they told us we could get a free meal. We did wait a year before trying it again, with it being so long it got lost in translation on what happened. They did work with us on our order. Everything was absolutely amazing! I am so glad we decided to go back and try it again! Thank you Blue note for being amazing!!!!
