I would give this place zero stars if I could. My Mom went to the emergency room, and they refused to let her return to her room, in clear violation of Federal and State laws. The police came to visit once, and there was no one on duty in the building in the middle of the night. Farmington promised the moon, and then the minute that Mom went on Medicaid, they started pressing - HARD - to have her move out. Providence medical filed a complaint that they were not keeping proper records of Mom's medications. Note that in their reply below, they don't deny that they knocked Mom out. No parent should ever be locked out. Ever. Strong "do not recommend" if you love your parents. Notice that in their reply below, they do NOT deny that they locked Mom out. And I don't have "allegations." I have a copy of a letter from Mt. Hood Hospital confirming what I said - that they refused to take Mom back unless we committed to sit by her side 24 hours a day. If anyone wants a copy of the letter, they can reach out to me.

I recently began my position as Maintenance Director at Farmington Square Gresham 3 months ago. Upon arrival at the community the management team has been nothing but accepting, kind, generous and fruitful with passion for their roles in the community. The care that is provided is above and beyond what I expected. It’s not just care being provided, I’ve noticed all staff have wonderful relationships with each and everyone of the residents. Whether it be conversations, playing cards or going for walks around the courtyard, there is constant interaction with the community on a daily basis. I am very grateful to have joined this amazing team here at Farmington Square Gresham!

The people at Farmington Square Gresham have been so kind and helpful. The decision to move my mom into assisted living was a hard one, and the process has been, well, stressful. We chose Farmington Square because they really went above and beyond to make the transition as easy as possible, and they have been so accommodating to us. My mom has had nothing but good things to say about the staff, and I really feel she is being taken care of. You can tell they truly want her to be happy there.

I have worked here at Farmington Square for close to 9 months now, and I love it! Management is quick to tell staff that they are doing a great job, which is a good motivator to keep up the good work! We work together as a team to make sure our residents receive quality care while still keeping as much independence as they possibly can. We offer activities that the residents enjoy and have a great activities department. Management is in and out of the buildings all day, making sure that quality care is being provided. This even extends to our executive director! You can tell she really cares about the residents, as well as the employees. This is a great place to work and a great place for families to look into for their loved ones.
