Great customer service overall, But disappointed as 3 out of my 5 black wheels had multiple chips and scratches on the face around the lugs and one center cap was scratched up on what are essentially new wheels (500mi) that had no damage at all and the wife is not happy. I work in the collision industry and have for 20+ years and we r&I wheels all day long and my techs don't scratch them, unfortunately mount and balance is the one thing I don't have access to. But again customer service was really good so that's a plus

I ordered my tires on line at tires.com and they were the best price I could find for them. The website let me set up the installation appointment as I ordered the tires. The appointment was for the next day. I came about to 20 minutes early to my appointment. They told me it would be an hour or less and my car would be done. They took my car in to the shop about 20 minutes after my appointment time. They were done with it just under the hour that they said it would take. I was in a few weeks earlier without an appointment to get a flat fixed and sat there for 4 hours? So I was pleasantly surprised. I can recommend this place if you have an appointment.

I've used this shop for years and I've never had an issue with service or pricing. I recently bought new all terrain tires for my vehicle to drive better in the snow and I'm so satisfied with the recommendation in these tires. Thank you guys for helping me get where I need to go.

I have been purchasing through them for many years, immediate family too. Austin very helpful, I asked for gold wheels, many spokes, less expensive side. Very happy with what he came back with. We went with Pathfinder tires, they are "store" brand, very happy with noise, comfort, ride. Wife has them on her truck too. Side note; my mother-in-law bought some tires. Wife ordered online due to the store being swamped from winter crowd. When they showed up for appointment, discount didn't have enough. They upgraded, free, no hassle. That was a wonderful gesture. They had to wait for a week as it was for the appointment they made.

Myself and my 2 kids were the only ones in the waiting room. They keep the chairs apart with tables in between. My keys were returned to me in a plastic bag.
They sell the Hazzard Insurance for around $15 per tire. I'm not sure if they sell the warranty on tires from somewhere else. My guess is if they carry the tire in stock that they would.
No, this location does not do alignments. Go to Alignment 50 on Burnside. Nice place and nice people. All they do is alignments and some tire stuff. $50 for a 4- wheel alignment.

They are a retail shop that exclusively sells wheels and tires. They do however recycle used tires for a fee. They also provide lots of services for your wheels/tires which include flat tire repairs and mounting/dismounting tires
If you purchased them there and they are on their own wheels nothing as far as I know otherwise standard mount/dismount charges and balancing.. probably around 75 to 150 for four
