All I wanted was a water and while waiting AT the register/counter NOBODY came up to ask if I needed anything and one employee walked right by me and didn’t even look in my direction. I wasn’t going to yell considering they’re working, but it is their job and there’s nobody in the restaurant or drive thru. Our food was placed on the table and not walked to us - I understand if it were busy, but again, nothing was going on. I’m not sure if this location doesn’t do that, but I would assume the table tents exist for a reason. While “waiting” for my water, I heard people talking and laughing…rather than helping a customer. My friend also ordered a double CHEESE burger and didn’t get any cheese on the burger.

Drive thru service was average speed. Hot fries👍. Everything was good besides I forgot to order my sons burger with only ketchup. Oops!

The food was hot and fresh but had to wait longer in the drive thru than I should have, for my order to be taken and for my payment to be taken, considering they weren't that busy. But once I got to the pickup window my food was given to me right away and was accurate.

The kid couldn't figure out our order. We had to repeat it 4 times. I wanted to use 4500 points that were expiring; he pretended to put it in the computer but never did. I lost the points. Not the end of the world; I just don't like the dishonesty. We will never stop at this McDonalds again. If you can't get understand a two person order correctly, you have some serious issues and probably shouldn't be working the drive through....
