The steak burrito was made with tough round steak. It didn't have any flavor. Cheese dip was runny and ran right off my chip. Salsa was not good. Chicken wrap was tasteless. I would not recommend this place as a great Mexican restaurant.

Went to Garibaldi's last evening for a birthday. They set up a Taco Bar for 25 people. We chose shredded beef and ground beef but could have also had chicken. They made soft tortillas and crispy tortillas. They provided lettuce, tomato, and cheese. They had chips and salsa too. I requested the queso blanco cheese (soft, white, crumbly) instead of their usual cheddar cheese. We requested a bowl of pico de gallo, a bowl of sour cream, a bowl of guacamole, and a small bowl of pickled jalapeños. They gave us all the tables in the center and an additional booth. It worked out great. Everyone served themselves and they boxed up the leftovers for us. We had a great time. The owner bent over backwards to be sure we had everything we needed. We ordered five pitchers of pop and five pitchers of beer and a few bottles of beer as well. Thank you so much!

They changing. But not for the best. Different way of doing salsa. Instate of cutting tomatoes. Now, they are pulverizing them. Other then that. Food is awesome. (May explain the reason for their prices to go up). Second picture will present to you difference between small and large size salsa.

Overall the food was fine. The big bummer here was the salsa was too similar to spaghetti sauce. The place didn't have much character either. The service was great and the drinks were good.
