I wanted my ends trimmed. I had hair spray in my hair. Although the stylist was nice, I knew something was up when she tore through my hair with a plastic comb. Very painful... tugging and pulling the whole time. Great for my hair, right? Well, I told her, nicely, that hair should probably be washed first... and then combed through and trimmed. Her response was, she cuts hair dry and then washes it.... she can see ends better...????? She continues to trim my hair. A five minute process??? When finished, she sprays my hair with water, takes a metal round brush to my fine hair, which is now like glue. Even more painful then the comb experience. She drys my hair. Total time: 12 minutes. Now it looks frizzy... which I do not have frizzy hair. Probably heat damage. 😳 I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I was kind, and didn't want to cause a scene. Got to my car, looked at my hair and cried. It was not a good trim, not a good experience. My hair was healthy, I take good care of it. It looked terrible. I gave a tip, on top of a $26 charge...I should have done it myself. Lesson learned. A place where you move people through like cattle... not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. Friendly? Yes. Other than that, a big 👎. Fast serve joints are no good. Didn't even check to see if my ends were even. I ended up trimming uneven ends at home. Thanks Fantastic Sam's. You missed the mark on this one.

I was in town for a funeral service and went in to get my hair done by a walk in appointment. The stylist, Patty, did a wonderful job with my hair coloring and I was very pleased! I definitely recommend this place!!

I used to go here quite a while ago and always seemed to be pleased. Years later, I am back in the area and I have brought a few of my boys here for cuts recently, and the cuts have been pretty basic. Finding missed spots and hairs when I got home. But still probably better than cost cutters...there isn't much choice in town for a quick cut so considering that, I guess we'll go back.

I had the best stylist today! She did my hair exactly how I wanted it after having a bad experience at a different place. Will definitely be having my hair cut there from now on! Thanks for the great haircut Jessica!
