I visit this place every day, because it’s close to my job. Every. Single. Time. My order gets messed up somehow. I’ve ordered a large fry and gotten a size small bag with just burnt old brown fries. I mentioned it to the man with glasses in the drive through window #1, in a joking manner, and he was VERY rude and kept repeating that “accidents happen”. I said that it wasn’t just a little mistake, and he repeated himself firmly. I went to the second window and got the same thing, fries, and they were all sopping wet with grease, and half frozen. I don’t have much time at my break throughout the day to come back and correct it, and I understand accidents happen, but not EVERY DAY. And not to this degree. It’s supposed to be fast food, when many times it’s not even edible because the ground beef is still red and cold, and this isn’t even a fraction of the things that have happened. I don’t know why I keep going there.

Funny during the day the Ice cream machine works just fine, and once it’s night it’s ✨broken✨ Being a former fast food worker at bk we never had problems, if you can’t serve it take it off the menu! But props to the daytime staff for doing their job.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Not one thing in the order was right (even though it was ordered through the app). Here's one of them, how are you going to sit there and do this (pic posted with review). I swear if I could own a restaurant or franchise and my employees did this, they'd be working for $1/hr.
