I had a box of clothes brand new with tags I purchased for a trip they were final sale items I couldn’t return to the original store . I brought a few used items as well.. but they didn’t want anything. I don’t think they even looked through my stuff it was kind of insulting. I then asked why ? And she said they were probably worn out an I explained they had tags on them never even used . So another employee double checked (lovely girl) But of course the only items good enough had a “tag” on them . I thought this was a used clothes store lol idk The price they offered wasn’t worth the drive there .

Not a bad place to buy clothes but selling is a bad idea here. Me and my girlfriend had some clothes (most not even that old) that we needed to sell to make room so we took them down to the store and got a response within a few hours. Seemed promising. We go down to the store the next day and have what seemed like all of our clothes returned back to us. No reason given, no explanation - just two bags of clothes given back to us and all the lady at the counter said “This is what you’ll be taking back home with you”. I don’t like to be fussy but an explanation would have been nice. And worse of all, we were given $6 in total. The whole process just seemed very strange and unclear on what the criteria was for selling. All of our clothes were washed and in pretty good condition. Selling elsewhere is probably a better idea.
