I have been working with one of the ladies at the CSC since June of last year and I am still homeless with children. I have sent message after message, asking about the status of my case, I’ve done what I’ve needed to do and an not getting anywhere with the current caseworker. On the rare occasion that I do get a response from her she tells me that she had reached out to another case manager and instructor of the well rent (or whatever it’s called) and that someone will be getting ahold of me and nobody has as of yet. I don’t know what to do. I hate asking for help and this whole experience just confirms why I hate it. Why ask if they aren’t going to follow through with the help.

I wish somebody would look into where the money you are given to run your organization actually goes. I know at least a dozen people who have called you begging for help and you won’t even return phone calls. If it’s not going to the people it’s meant for the money is going somewhere.

I’ve left multiple messages since December and no one ever bothered to talk to me. I got to return calls which I returned and they never called back. They then pointed me towards a form on their website that does not exist. Now they’re telling me they can’t help me at all because they’ve spent all the money. This is after they told me last week they would help me. Now my son and I will be homeless because I’ve lost my job to Covid and I thought through the cracks with these people. I get tired of people being rude to me but I go with it and I don’t get angry but having a family with autism and these people refusing to help it’s pretty sad. I’ve done absolutely everything I was supposed to do and they dropped the ball and now my family will be homeless because they refused to help.

How does this office help I've tried every hour on the hour including lunchhours lol yeah I laugh about the lunch hour calls cuz that's the time that I got a response back to tell me that nobody works during that time so don't bother calling cuz I'm not going to get any help cuz noone answer at lunch. Omg ... I call every hour before and after that and still don't get help... but get passed off to this person that person still never getting any help still haven't been assessed so am I the only one experiencing this there's got to be other so I would appreciate some feedback on how to go forward on this thank you please I don't need any more negativity I'm asking because I really need the help that's why I'm here I'm at my end I feel like I'm beiby linked or is this truly really happening

If you live in Benton County & receive help thru the health department, ask your worker to put you in touch with the Felon Independent Housing Coordinator
No .....all they say that they do is pay your deposit .....if you can find a landlord that will rent to you...but that's it...they do not do anything else...but if you get a place then you can hit them up for like your electric...and other small stuff...just like other charities.....so then you get a little money to buy some video games or fix your car....or you can buy some.
