This is by far one of the absolute worst emergency walk in clinics I have ever been to, all of the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful, all the doctors only care about is the amount of time it takes to see the patient and how much money they’re going to make off you they don’t really care about what is wrong with you and trying to get to the bottom of it. The doctor did tell me straight to my face as well that she only cared about the money and how much time it took to see patients and just getting through as many as possible. I by far would never recommend this clinic to anyone very disappointed in how I was treated as a patient. This is so upsetting to see especially since I work in the medical field.

I never write reviews, but I have given this place too many chances. They always have such a long wait time, and it takes a very long time even when you get taken back to be seen by the doctor. Plan for the wait time to be longer than they even quote you at and to be in the back for a while as well. The receptionist is ALWAYS very rude and takes forever to even give me the time of day. The doctors just want you in and out, so they usually seem like they are in a rush, so I find it weird that it takes so long to be called back.

The first time I visited this week, the medical staff were professional to my face and while in my room. However, just so you guys know, room three is right near the nurses station. I heard medical staff gossiping about coworkers. This can be normal for some medical facilities, but then I heard them loudly discussing how a patient was coming in 10 minutes before closing. Saying stuff like "Well all they're going to get is a self test. I don't have time for this.". I heard them ridicule this patient for almost twenty minutes while I was waiting for a test result. I had to go in a few days later because I had suspected a test result may have changed a few days later. The NURSE (all respect to nurses, but the practitioner should be the one to decide what diagnostic tests to perform) rejected the test I said I wanted to have done. Said I was wasting resources. I had other urgent issues; but when you're told over the phone that you're a waste of their time and resources, you can't speak through tears about other symptoms. I hope the nurse here learns how to have bedside manner, but she probably won't. Thing is, I went to the Corvallis Clinic Immediate Care not 2 hours later and said how I was feeling in the exact same way. No ridicule. No embarrassment. No tears. No BS. I will NEVER go to Good Samaritan Walk-In ever again.

It's hard to rate urgent care businesses. Sometimes you get right in and other times it takes a long time because everyone showed up at once (not the fault of the business). I have always been treated well here and feel that I have received good medical advice. Bonus: it is close to a Safeway so you can pick up prescriptions just a few doors down.
