Call in an Rx. Waited 30 min in line at the drive through … only to find out that they didn’t have it ready yet. Parked, walked in the store and grabbed a few items. Got to the checkout and every lane was closed. An employee told me the self checkout was available. I won’t be back to this store ever again.

Pharmacist was very rude. My doctor quit their job unexpectedly and I was unable to get a refill for my prescription, so I went in to get an advance as discontinuing this prescription can be dangerous. I was told “you should still have some you last picked up 30 on Jan 7th.” Today is Feb 5, exactly 30 days from the 7th. Maybe these pharmacists should learn to do math and not be rude to customers trying to get their medications.

I scheduled a Covid test for travel 2 weeks in advance, only to arrive for my test (with my confirmation number in hand that was texted to me one hour before my test) only to be told the their "system" was down and there was no covid testing today. and no possibility to re-schedule.
