Careless service. Had the leather on my passenger seat torn by their vacuum. This is the third bad experience I had at this location. Each time I experienced different issues, but paying for a premium service and having your leather seat torn was it for me.

SHORT VERSION: Loved the car wash, but wish a better job was done to interior. Might only come back for car washes and nothing else. DETAILS: I got The Ultimate package ($30) and loved it! They got rid of the evidence from the insect carnage of our road trip, and left my car smelling fresh and the exterior shining, spotless, and dry (even in all the tight spaces inside the doors)! 4 stars because I really wish there was more detail and options for the interior. It's what we all look at the most, right? Not detailing level, but just a microfiber cloth to get all the dust on the screens and buttons on dashboard would be enough for me. Will come back for the exterior washes, but I don't think I'm willing to pay $30 if my interior doesn't get as much detail paid to it.

Went here thinking they'll do a good job, & also because this place is nearby. They weren't even busy at the time that I went there. They did a poor job.

I felt as if they did the bare minimum to get my car through there. I paid for the deluxe and and still had to pay extra to get my mats washed. It didn't even look like they had vacuumed the inside and when I pulled away my car wasn't even properly dried off and they were still smears on my windshields. Never going back. Waste of money. Felt like I had to go to another car wash to get it washed properly
