Small rooms and due to computer glitches we were checked out 2x during our 4 day stay, meaning our room "keys" stopped working. Hot breakfast was okay but weak coffee from a coffee maker, no pots. The smallish gym needs a thorough cleaning. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Their "double bed" is a full or a shrunken queen.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff was amazing! Rooms are clean but not big. Hotel is decorated nicely. Stairs are wide and easy to use. The beds were very comfortable! The showers have good pressure and heat.

The place is clean, the staff is helpful and the free breakfast was decent. Big selection and not just donuts and coffee. Eggs, sausage...etc. There was a coffee crisis one morning where the large automated commercial coffee maker broke down and the staff went and bought the largest one they could find at target to keep us coffee junkies happy. I so appreciated the effort. Really! Also they were very pet friendly. My daughter brought her service dog. But I did make sure it was in the reservation. They didnt ask about a deposit for the dog...BUT...They do ask for a 100 a room deposit on top of paying for the room that I wasn't aware of when I made the reservation on Hotels.com. But the funds were returned promptly after check out. This place is right off the highway so its easy to find and on a personal note its less than 10 min from the family I go to MN for.

Ive stayed in a few diffrent hotels now and by far i can say this is the finest of them, pricing is very reasonable staff has been beyond helpful and been quick and concise at their work. Room quality is also excellent with cleanliness par to 5 star resort destinations. Over all i can say without a doubt that i would book again as compared to other hotel experiences this was refreshingly hassle free.
