They all don't work together and they like to blame the new people working. I have utilized there rentals for a bit and seemed Kool but no that they want to lie and try to point blame on new workers not knowing how to do there job properly and the customers. I have returned the vehicle and when returned the worker checked it out and said what was needed said about the return and now they have issues and wants to blame someone. And when they want answers they are pretty hostel, short tempered

Needed a rental car on short notice after some car troubles in the morning. They ran out of standard sedans that I had reserved but Christian put me in a hybrid sedan for the same price. Everything worked out great and there was no hassle. I have rented from several agencies, several enterprises even and this has been one of the almost effortless & positive experiences I’ve had needing to rent a car. Definitely recommend.

Made reservation and when I got the confirmation message with the total it appeared higher than advertised, not including taxes or other extra charges (just the rental) so I went back into reservations like I was going to reserve another and the rate was cheaper. This occurred within minutes of each other. So I’m not sure why that would be. Also another frustrating thing is that I had a lot of points but when I went to reserve the redemption value goes down. I spoke with someone and they said that’s because of the daily rate change. That seems like a scam if when rates are really high your rewards points are useless because they’re not enough for free days; meaning you are most likely able to redeem points when rates are lower and you’re in less need of budgeting or getting a deal. Maybe this makes good business economic sense but for loyal customers it feels like the redemption value is arbitrary. Some days 3,000 points gets you a free day and some days 1,300 does.

My car was hit and insurance provided a rental car they picked me up at the Bodie shop and took me to there lot picked out a car paid the deposit and was done drove the car one day and hated it they let me come back and put me into a new car and it's been great. Very friendly people and very patient was a great experience.

There are no shuttles from the airport to the local locations. But you can take an Uber.
If you made a reservation to pick it up on Monday, they will not hold a reservation for extended days unless you contact them.
You can if you have signed up a account online, you gave to do it on Enterprises website, but it's best to call the location directly as they may have the rental promised to aborher customer based in the original date you were scheduled to return it. I hope this helps answer your question.
Yes they rent all different sizes of vehicles. If you want to guarantee to get what you want make your reservation online or by phone a few days in advance. I recommend calling and speaking to a rep ar the Tigard Location so they can lock down exactly what you want to rent. Hope this is helpful for you.
Yes you can do one way rentals, sometimes it is more expensive than a round trip but it is something you can do. Also I recommend signing up for their rewards program, you can get upgrades and better rates, also check to see if your company has a corporate rate that you can take advantage of. Safe travels!
