Tom was very helpful in explaining how the process works, he called same day to answer my questions, as I have not used a storage facility before. Arrived at the facility, was greeted right away by Tom. Very clean, friendly and will use their service.

I used Extra Space Storage for almost 3 years. It was very clean and secure and the staff very helpful and friendly. I didn't worry about my belongings being there at all. They made it very easy in the end when I no longer needed the storage and was clearing the unit out. I definitely would recommend them and would use them again myself if I needed to!

Indoor space, love that. Carts available easy. 2 big Indoor garage spaces for parking. 1 or the other door is out of service 20 % of the time due to inexperienced drivers hitting the them. It's happened a few times.

The faculty is very nice. Getting in and out is always easy. Little to no contact with the front desk. Everything is automated. Feels safe being there. The bathroom is always locked so you need a key. If no one is working the front desk your out of luck.
