Wonderful staff, very helpful. Maintenence was prompt and efficient with our request. The grounds are well kept, quiet neighborhood. Everyone here is very friendly. You just feel at home! And the playground is in view of our place so we can keep an eye on the kids with ease and comfort. It's a very spacious comfortable apartment. The basketball court, gym, pool and hot tub are all kept up nicely. All in all the best experience we've had living in an apartment complex!

This is a little hidden gem inside Silverton. Very nice amenities (gym, hot tub, pool in the hot summer and basketball court) The apartments are new inside with a modern, country appeal with the beautiful landscape. They are well taken care of and the staff is so friendly and responsive. They do cute things like newsletters and decorate the office. Nice, friendly people live here and I am a very happy resident! :) 10 stars
