I lived here for a year and was treated so great. Always friendly, always responded rapidly to any questions that I had. I never felt that my kids were an issue or a nuisance even when I had my kids decorate the windows with window markers -that took me until fed to wipe away. Move out.....best ever experience. I assumed I was going to get half of my move in cost taken but I was treated beyond fair. Great location. I honestly couldn't have done better. The grounds were always well kept and the garbage was never in piles outside of the dumpsters. Thanks to Janet....she made it feel as if I was staying at a bed and breakfast, always gracious.

Resident of over 2 years, i have had nothing but overall good experiences with Brook Hollow and their attached staff. Janet, Alyssa, and J.B. have always been quick to jump on any issues that arise through the years and i personally feel like they are management that care about their residents. They do a great job of keeping everyone informed of events and important topics with a monthly news flyers. Last year a bee's nest took residence inside one of our vents and they immediately took action to make sure they were removed. Anything really that is an issue, they do their best to deal with and thats exactly what i look forward to with management. I put up yearly Halloween lights and Grounds keeping accidentally broke a few lights. This issue was brought up by Brook Hollow (Janet/Alyssa) and they were able to get me reimbursed for it. This is a very quiet neighborhood to live in and i feel lucky as well as secure within these gates. It is definitely on the higher end of apartments i have lived at. Keep up the good work guys! :)

I’ve lived here for a little over 2 years. Management is great and they welcomed me and my husband with a gift basket and card when we first moved in. Quiet place for the most part. I like the fact that it’s gated community and that they have a cute little barbecue every summer and it gets the residents to visit with one another. Janet is super friendly and cares about the people who live in the complex. My electricity went out once over the summer and she literally came out to my apartment and showed me how to reset our electrical box to make our electricity work again. Definitely feel safe here and would recommend.

I have lived here almost nine years. Management has always been friendly and approachable. When my water heater went out, it was replaced the next day. When my bathroom sink had leaky washers and a slow drain even after I cleaned it, a Plummer came in three days and fixed it. Since there is no longer an on site maintenance person, some things take a bit longer to resolve, but problems do get attended to. I really like the electronic gate, and the quiet neighbors.
