I brought my Jeep in for a brake inspection and replacement of pads if necessary. Every aspect of my interactions with Lloyd's Automotive has been professional, courteous and efficient. From setting up the appointment with Joel on the phone, to receiving reminders of the appointment, to the process of dropping off my vehicle, (Need a ride home? They can give you a lift.) fantastic. After a complete inspection and test drive (for a VERY REASONABLE charge) it turns out I don't need new brakes just yet. When that time comes, I'm going straight back to Lloyd's. They've earned my confidence and trust.

Lloyd's is honest about the service they provide. They give the best options to address the issue and more than willing to provide diagnostic, and you decide if you want to repair yourself. They do quality work and are friendly people. They offer transport to work if needed and they are convenient with drop-off and pickup. I continue to use Lloyds for my auto repairs.
