Absolute thievery, the workers there bragged about how they get to legally steal peoples cars. The towers work on a commission so they’re out to rob you. This kind of business should be illegal. They cost just as much as your months car payment to get your car out after they’ve stolen it from you. Heartless, unfriendly, and unjust. 10/10 hope they go out of business.

This company partners with some of the worst leasing companies in the area to make an extra dollar. Will literally tow cars parked in almost empty lots. I am sure they don't think so but this kind of predatory activity is what's wrong with America

At the end of the day, it's my fault a friend's car was towed from our apartment complex lot. That said, the Schmit's staff was very helpful and efficient with us picking up the car the next day from the Crystal lot location. The woman on the phone the previous night was very helpful with information needed to pick up the car, where, and when. The next day we were in and out in less than 10 minutes--the guy at the window was efficient with all the ownership and payment items, and the yard guy had us to the car immediately.. There were no issues, problems, or damage to the car, and we drove off straight away. I hope I never see them again, but if I do, they're a good team and do their jobs well!

When my car was towed, after I left my car with my baby sitter I was completely overwhelmed with trying to figure out where my car was. Simply because the person who was responsible for my car was no help. Called two different tow company before I figured out this was the place. After reading the Reviews I was nervous but after dealing with them personally I got nothing short of excellent customer service. From the Gentleman I spoke with last night 3 different times ( Rob) I believe and to the Guy who I spoke with today at the Crystal office He told me his name but I don’t know how to spell it. It starts with a K he has a nice looking beard lol. In reference to the prices of a tow , I’ve never been towed before but the price of it doesn’t really matter seeing as I needed my truck. But I am thankful that they did honor the quote that I was given. This experience was overwhelming for me , but this company was EASY to work with. I hope to never need their services again ( as I hope to never have my car impounded again) but IF I personally needed a tow I would totally call them…
