I purchased an Audi e-tron recently at Audi Beaverton. The experience was quick and easy. I ordered the car in advance, since e-trons are still not readily available. Once the car arrived, I was notified and was able to pick it up the next day. No problems, no issues. Our salesman Clint answered all our questions and provided excellent communication through the process. We have been customers of Audi Beaverton/Sunset Audi since the mid-80s. They have always taken great care of us!

My service rep, Jonathan kept me well informed on what was being done with my car, what was recommended and where we were at during each step of the process. He was very responsive to my questions. He was also very thoughtful. He recalled that I had been heading off to a birthday dinner and remembered to ask me how it was. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Peter who is the VP, and also to Jason Audi general sales manager, and last but not least Patrick. I can’t thank them enough for literally going above and beyond for me and being so patient with me. It was very stressful in the beginning and a waiting game for a few months but I finally got to drive off in my brand new Audi Q5 Prestige and I am loving the car. I truly appreciate each one of them and highly recommend Audi of Beaverton to anyone who is looking to buy an Audi!! They are all very honest people who care a lot for their clients and will make sure everything goes smoothly, also they have the best customer service. Peter is very commutative and always kept me posted. I definitely owe him a lot!! He was the best!!! They will not disappoint. If I had 6 stars to give, I would give them. Couldn't be more happy with the experience end to end. I bought a brand new Q7 and even though I live in Seattle I elected to work with David and fly down to get it. David went over and above. He was responsive, collaborative and even though not everything went completely according to plan, he and I navigated several obstacles together to ensure I got my beautiful new Audi. Delivery day was a lot of fun and very professionally managed again by David. Thanks so much David, Jeff and the Audi Beaverton team. You guys are super stars.

Hi Max! We routinely disinfect all surfaces, have installed cough shields, disinfect all cars before clients access them, always wear masks, and offer complimentary pick up and drop off service to reduce clients in our store, amongst other preventative measures to keep clients and staff safe.
