We ordered a half of beef from Woods, first and last time. Definitely not impressed by them or there meat. I've never had a gamey taste to a cows meat before until I tried their beef. A cow should not have a gamey taste or flavor to it. We had miss packaged meat. Packaging labeled steaks turned out to be a roasts. Not at all satisfied by the meat and especially the gamey taste

Superior quality meats! Very friendly staff and helpful! Got what I needed from them and they were able to assist me with finding other product at another location. Highly recommend coming out to Wood's. You won't regret it

Decided to use Wood's after a bad experience with our pigs at a different processor last year. This year we had 10 pigs processed and have nothing but great things to say start to finish. Amazing cures and smoke on the bacon and hams. Will be a repeat customer for all our future butchering needs! Everyone who bought pigs from are completely satisfied. Home town meat processing and storefront. Woods has a long family tradition here and have the best bacon, bar none. They offer smokies, various types of sausage, hotdogs, meat cuts, etc. I buy my dog bones here. They are pricey but good quality and you can buy different lengths. Love to work with Rosie.

Yes, it all depends on what you have made in regards to the cost. Burger is around $1.25 per pound and Jerky is around $8.00 per pound. Also, they're really busy with Covid sales and are only taking deboned meat.

I haven't seen it there. You CAN buy Troyer brand at Yoder's in Bonners Ferry. It's a really nice product. EDIT - Yoders is closed. Woods still doesn't have head cheese.

They process many different species. Call them and ask! They are very friendly folks!
Do not use this company. Customer service is seriously poor. Employees complain about doing their job and usually short the customer in quantity and quality. I will never use this company to process any of my livestock again. Edit: I have been contact by Woods and they have made right their issues that i have experienced.
I would call them and ask. They are pretty busy and may not be able to get back to you as fast as a phone call.
