Luigi and Rebecca have been awesome to work with. They truly care about their company and their clients, which is hard to find these days. Usually customers are just another number and it's all about the money. We live in Spokane and have needed a new roof for quite some time. They worked around our schedule to set up the estimate. Then we got a beautiful bid emailed to us. We haven't scheduled the job yet, but I'm 100% comfortable with this decision, I know it will be a good experience based on everything leading up to this point. My gut is right the majority of the time and it tells me this is our roofing company. When working with old houses something always comes up and often when something goes wrong you get a good idea of the company by how they respond to it. We were always impressed how easy it was to communicate our concerns to Luigi. He was always responsive, respectful, and put a lot of effort into making sure we felt good about the work. We went with a metal roof and are very glad we did so.

Luigi and Jacob responsed quickly when I requested their help for a leak in my garage. They were the only company that found the root of the problem and suggested a reasonable repair plan. We typically collect a 20% down payment based on the total project cost prior to the project start date. The remaining balance will be collected upon project completion. Also, we never reuse flashing. Each roof we install includes all- new flashings.
We ensure that all of our roofing projects are waterproof prior to leaving the jobsite, however in case of an emergency we are available 24/7.n We check the hourly weather forecast throughout the day, and we check the daily weather forecast along with the 10 day forecast. We thoroughly check the weather while scheduling and prior to project start dates.. We tear off and install waterproof underlayment materials on each roof in sections to ensure that we can keep your roof and home dry during any sudden weather changes.
Our project coordinator will be your contact during the project, however all of our staff will be more than happy to assist you with any questions or concerns. The project coordinator is typically available M-F 8 am- 5pm, and after hours for emergency issues.
We protect your driveway and landscaping with large tarps and sheets of plywood. We cover flowers and bushes with a breathable porous tarp. We also protect siding, a/c units, window, doors, and gutters, ect with large sheets of plywood.
We typically tear off the old roof in sections. Any materials torn off of your roof will be immediately discarded in the on site dumpster. At the end of each project day we clean up the surrounding area to ensure that no loose torn off materials are on your property, and we run a magnet around your property as well. We have a porta-potty on site when necessary.
We have both employees and sub-contractors that install our roofs. We closely monitor and quality control our employees and subcontractor's workmanship, so that we can guarantee that each roof is installed correctly to meet our quality standards.
Our business is located in the heart of Spokane Washington. We service Spokane Washington and surrounding areas of the Inland Northwest.
Our projects typically take 3-5 days depending roof complexity and project details.
