This place is not your resort golf club. This is the golf club that real people go to to have real fun. I have only attempted golf once before, years ago. I was horrid. So I went in with 0 knowledge. Everyone behind my slow self was super friendly and supportive even though I was slowing them down. They watched me golfing in front of them and told me how to fix my form and helped me improve rather than being frustrated. Even hung out after the round and had drinks with strangers making good conversations. For the price of a movie, this was an extremely fun afternoon!

Executive golf courses are ideal for keeping your game sharp. 9 or 18 holes of par three golf gives you a rhythm to your short game. New owners are doing great except for the loud music on the patio. (Glad I'm not a neighbor to the clubhouse.)

If you are a new beginner to the sport or want to just practice on your game, then come check out ponderosa golf course.. Not a bad price and worth it for the 9 holes you can play. Beautiful location, nicely groomed and easy to get around as it's small and more of a back and forth course. Lots of water areas around the course, trees and hills so you get a good variety of obstacles.. If you get hungry they have a restaurant and offer drinks and snacks for sale as well.
