I only have 4 stars due to fact, there was nobody in the barn yesterday. After waiting 10 mins, I had to load 4 bales of hay myself. The buy was 👍 the girl at customer service desk was awesome she explained about the hay, prices, and why the different prices. She was great. I'll be back just because of her wish I had her name.

Smiling employees, Customer service 5 star, what else can we ask for. Love this store. Got a fence post puller and it made my life so easy. Best 40. I ever spent. Grabbed the fence pliers and my son said this may have changed how he looks at tools. Lol great store great products..great prices.

We went to North 40 and we're lucky to be helped by, (IMO) one of the best, most knowledgeable employees there. Dakota showed me the best food and treats for our animals. He didn't just say why I should buy it, but he explained the benefits as well. He was most helpful and had amazing customer service. He asked questions about what we were looking for in our dog food and inquired about any possible allergies for our dogs. Thank you Dakota!
