I have had two amazing experiences with this store. I'd like to give Mark in parts a shout out for helping me get the parts I need and leave them for an after hours pickup. A broken brake lever won't keep us from riding with people like this around!

Purchased a new Can Am 450 from them. Called twice about loud knocking noise on the upper head even at idle. Took quad over and requested them to look at it. It sat there for almost two weeks and I notified told to come and get it. Their diagnosis "no problem found". Discussed the issue with there supposed 15 year mechanic whom couldn't look me in the eye. He laid claim there is nothing wrong and they performed a complimentary inspection. After getting desperate, I took the quad to another dealer in Idaho whom has fixed my quad tires etc. over the years. Their lead mechanic is awesome, he diagnosed the problem to BRP's new liquid gasket being applied to liberally and oozing out into the engine during assembly, thus partially blocking oil and coolant channels. There lead also told me that no one had done anything to the quad at the other dealership, just as I suspected because the plastic gromets still had mud on them and were obviously never removed to perform there "complimentary inspection'". I just received a call from BRP concerning Specialties' case number and filed a formal complaint. Bottom line this dealership is ok if you never have an issue, otherwise they will just blow you off. Sad. Would never go back there.

Walked in to get a bike for my wife and Bill greeted us with a smile and handshake. I asked for Joe since we had spoken over the phone. They got us all dialed in. Great shop good sales staff. Best customer service I have had in a moto shop locally.
