I recently moved to Salem and went to Salem Nissan for an oil change. I told the service person that the car was from Canada and the speedometer was in kilometers not miles per hour. They put the amount of kilometers as miles per hour and now it shows up on Carfax at 107 K instead of the 63K it should be. I called them to see if they could correct and they said no but with log it in their computer the next time I come in. They didn’t even offer me a discount on my next oil change I will not be returning to them for service on my car !

The service that I received from the technicians and representatives of the service center was Top Notch. I chose not to have my car repaired by them because I thought the price was excessive. But throughout the entire process they were professional, helpful, and assisting with what they were able to. I will definitely be back for service with them again. Just not for the current repairs. I've had dealings with him in the past that were also top notch and extremely professional. Overall I gave four stars because of the professionalism and not five because I don't agree with the price. Take the price out of it they are well worth the visit an experience.

We have a Nissan Rogue that we usually take in for recommended maintenance and oil changes. This time our Dodge Avenger died on us. Every other place we called couldn't get us in for at least a month. We called Nissan and they got us in within a couple days. They had the Dodge fixed perfectly within two days of diagnosing the issue and having to special order the part. They are always friendly and keep us well informed during the process. Thank you!

The saying “you win with Tim” is incorrect this book value sale is telling me “you can only lose with Tim”. A Friday 3 weeks back I came in looking for a new vehicle after searching we found one that would work great they said. The only stipulation was the car was in Mercedes getting service and wouldn’t be done for 2 weeks, they give me a loaner no big deal. Finally I get a call to come get my car I show up it’s not ready they call me back an hour later it’s ready they’ll meet me at the gas station to fill it and swap out from my loaner. In Oregon customer is suppose to break curb as well as get an opportunity to look over the car before purchase is final, Nissans employees met me at a gas station for my first viewing of the car and left with out giving me the chance to look at this car then promised to take care of the issues or give me a new car I said give me a new car they still have been dodging my calls over a week later. Don’t buy from here Timmy is loose minded and legit yelled at every employee individually while I sat there all day while they “looked” for a car to work. Vehicles issues are hole in intake next to turbo, front bumper damages, headlight damages, no driving assists work.

Bought my car from them and they have serviced it for years. I have such faith in them.
Not exactly, just the payments and interest rate will be a bit higher
I'd contact the dealership on the phone or in the mail.
I would not trust Nissan. Wanted to charge me $7,000 for rebuild transmission. Good luck
It's a real thing. My wife also won but we missed the date.
Hi Jeanette. This is probably a better question for the sales representative who guided you through the purchasing process. My assumption is that you used in-house financing when purchasing. If this is true, that gives the sales representative motivation to work with you on this. Bear in mind that a lengthier loan will result in more interest paid in the long run, despite lowering your monthly payment. This could be a win-win situation, as the dealer finance department will make more money in the long run and you will have more affordable payments. However, they may have to refinance the loan, which will result in another hard inquiry on your credit report. Hard inquiries typically only lower your credit score by a few points and will stop affecting your credit after 1 year. Keep this in mind if you plan on a other large purchase, such as buying a house, in the near future. But, as I mentioned, the sales representative will be the best person to speak with about this. Good luck!
They can but it will cost $$$. Call around to local specialized mechanics and ask how much will it cost for diagnostic services. Then compare pricing to Salem Nissan.
